HIPAA-Aligned Handling
Inquiry data is stored and transmitted using HIPAA-aligned controls: encryption at rest and in transit, access logging, and least-privilege access by named personnel only.
Encrypted Submissions
Every form submission travels over TLS 1.2+ and is encrypted at rest in our database. Backups are encrypted with separate keys.
No-Spam Pledge
You receive one direct reply from a specialist. We do not add inquiry contacts to marketing blasts. Opt-in to the reference newsletter is explicit, separate, and reversible at any time.
Never Shared, Never Sold
Clinician contact information is never shared with third parties, sold to data brokers, or used to enrich external databases. Period.
Anonymized References
Practitioner testimonials and spotlights are anonymized by default. We require explicit, written, opt-in consent before naming any clinician publicly.
Verification Without Exposure
Practitioner credentials (NPI, state license) are used only for verification. They are not displayed publicly, exported, or used for marketing segmentation.
